Added a poll - what next for Breakage?
Breakage MIDI sync

Breakage can use it's own timer or follow something eles with a MIDI sync. If you're syncing between apps, you'll need some kind of MIDI loopback to send the MIDI events between them. OS X can use Apple's IAC bus, configurable in the Audio MIDI Setup utility, Windows can use Hubi's Loopback Device.

Syncing takes a little effort to set up. First time you use it, open a command prompt, navigate to Breakage's folder and type chuck --probe to get a list of your MIDI in devices and their numbers.

Find the number of the device you want to use. Load Breakage, open the settings and put this number the MIDI sync box. Now that Breakage is ready to receive a MIDI clock, follow the guidelines for your app to complete the sync.

Ableton Live

Breakage isn't compatible with Ableton's MIDI clock. The workaround is to use MIDI notes as a clock. Create a one note MIDI loop in an Ableton channel, send it to the loopback device and play the loop.

Logic

Breakage is compatible with Logic's MIDI clock. Details coming soon.
